Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Nairobi โ€” from the city centre to surrounding neighbourhoods and suburbs. Whether you're in Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Parklands, Karen, Lavington, Runda, or South B, weโ€™ll get your order to you. If youโ€™re unsure whether we deliver to your specific area, you can always check at checkout or message us directly.

What are your delivery timelines?

We know timing is everything โ€” especially when it comes to essentials.
Hereโ€™s how it works:
- Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 7:00 PM
- Next-day delivery: For all orders placed after 7:00 PM
We deliver seven days a week, including weekends and most public holidays, because life (and cravings) doesnโ€™t stop.

What is the minimum order value?

Our minimum order is KES 2,000. We do this to make logistics smoother and more efficient for both you and us. Plus, it ensures you're getting great value by consolidating your weekly essentials into one delivery.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, but we try to keep it simple and affordable:
- Orders above KES 5,000 qualify for free delivery.
- Orders below KES 5,000 incur a small delivery fee of 99 Ksh  that will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Weโ€™re committed to transparency โ€” no hidden charges, ever.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure and convenient payment options:
- M-Pesa (Paybill and STK Push)
- Visa / Mastercard

All transactions are processed safely, and your payment details are never stored without your consent.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

We do our best to make every order perfect โ€” but in the rare case something is missing, damaged, or not up to standard, weโ€™ve got your back.
- Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Weโ€™ll investigate and offer you a refund, replacement, or credit towards your next order.
Your satisfaction is a priority, and we take feedback seriously.

Can I return or exchange products?

Yes โ€” especially if thereโ€™s a quality issue. We donโ€™t take back perishables for food safety reasons, but weโ€™ll always make it right. For packaged items, unopened returns can be arranged.
For best service, always inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you spot a problem.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific time?

Yes, you can! We offer flexible delivery windows.
If you want to schedule your order for a certain time (e.g., after work or early morning), just:
