Whether you're in Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Parklands, Karen, Lavington, Runda, or South B, we'll get your order to you. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your specific area, you can always check at checkout or message us directly.

We offer fast and reliable delivery services. Standard delivery times vary by location, but we typically deliver within 24-48 hours. For urgent orders, express delivery options may be available. You can check estimated delivery times during checkout based on your selected address.

We accept various payment methods including M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards. You can also pay cash on delivery for added convenience. All payment options are secure and encrypted to protect your information.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information. You can also track your order status directly from your account dashboard in the 'Your Order' section.

You can modify or cancel your order within a certain time frame after placing it. If your order is still being processed, you can contact our customer support team or use the order management options in your account. Once the order is out for delivery, modifications may not be possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
